Please confirm your appointment when prompted via text or email by clicking the link you receive 2 days before appointment time. If your appointment has not been confirmed by the morning before your appointment day we will assume you will not be making it and that appointment time may possibly be double-booked/cancelled and charged the 50% cancellation fee. If you do not have access to email or texting please call us at 607-319-4274 to confirm.
