Waxing
What should I do before my waxing appointment?
Gently exfoliate the night before, avoid applying lotions or oils to the area, and make sure hair is at least ¼ inch long (about 3–4 weeks of growth after shaving). Taking ibuprofen beforehand may help minimize discomfort.
How long does waxing last?
Results typically last 3–6 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular waxing clients often find hair grows back finer and sparser over time.
Does waxing hurt?
Most clients describe it as quick and manageable. Discomfort decreases significantly with regular waxing as hair becomes finer.
What aftercare should I follow after waxing?
For the first 24 hours avoid tanning, spray tanning, hot tubs, saunas, swimming, heavy exercise, tight clothing, and fragranced products. Begin gentle exfoliation after 3–5 days (5–7 days for sensitive skin).
What medications or conditions affect waxing?
Clients using Accutane must be off it for at least 12 months before waxing. Retinoids, AHAs, salicylic acid, and benzoyl peroxide increase skin sensitivity — discontinue use at least one week before your appointment. Always disclose medical conditions and current medications when booking.
Brazilian & Bikini Waxing
What is the difference between a bikini wax and a Brazilian?
A bikini wax removes hair along the bikini line — anything visible outside underwear or a swimsuit. A Brazilian removes all hair from the front, labia, and back. You can choose to leave a strip, triangle, or go completely bare.
How long does hair need to be for a Brazilian wax?
Is a Brazilian wax okay for first-timers?
Absolutely. We guide you through the process and make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. Most clients find it much more manageable than they expected.
Do you offer waxing for male clients?
Yes — we offer the Brozilian, a full Brazilian wax for male clients, performed in a private, comfortable, judgment-free environment.
Keratin Lash Lift
Keratin lash lifts provide a beautiful, low-maintenance alternative to lash extensions, enhancing your natural lashes with long-lasting lift and curl.
What is a keratin lash lift?
A keratin lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting and curling them from the root, creating the appearance of longer, fuller lashes without extensions. The treatment includes a nourishing keratin formula to help condition and strengthen your natural lashes.
How long does a lash lift last?
Most clients enjoy results for 6–8 weeks, depending on their natural lash growth cycle. Regular maintenance appointments help keep lashes lifted and beautifully defined.
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes. After the first 24 hours, you can wear mascara as usual. Many clients find they need less mascara because their natural lashes already appear darker, longer, and more lifted.
How should I prepare for my lash lift appointment?
Arrive with clean lashes free of mascara, oils, and eye makeup. If you wear contact lenses, you’ll be asked to remove them before the treatment for your comfort.
Spray Tan
What is a spray tan?
A custom airbrush spray tan using a DHA-based solution that reacts with your skin to create a natural-looking, sun-kissed glow — no UV exposure required. Results last 5–10 days depending on skin type and aftercare.
How do I prepare for a spray tan?
Exfoliate 48 hours before (not the night before), shave or wax at least 24 hours prior, and arrive with clean skin free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or lotion. Wear loose dark clothing to your appointment.
How long do I wait before showering?
Follow the development time recommended by your spray tan artist. Your first shower should be a rinse only — no soap. Pat dry, never rub.
Will I turn orange?
No. We use professional solutions customized to your skin tone for natural, streak-free results with no orange undertones.
Can I get a spray tan if I'm pregnant?
We recommend consulting your healthcare provider first. Please inform your spray tan artist so we can take additional precautions.
Can I wax and spray tan on the same day?
No — wax first, then allow 24–48 hours before your spray tan for best results and to allow pores to close.
Customized Facial
What is a customized facial?
Every customized facial begins with a skin analysis to identify your skin’s unique needs. Your treatment is then tailored using professional products and techniques chosen specifically for concerns such as acne, dryness, sensitivity, aging, pigmentation, or dullness. No two facials are exactly alike.
How do I know which facial is right for me?
You don’t have to decide before you book. We’ll evaluate your skin at your appointment and customize your facial based on its current condition, your skincare goals, and any concerns you’d like to address.
How often should I get a facial?
Most clients benefit from a facial every 4–6 weeks, which aligns with your skin’s natural renewal cycle. However, your recommended schedule may vary depending on your skin concerns and treatment goals.
Can customized facials help with acne or aging?
Yes. Customized facials can target concerns including acne, congestion, dehydration, fine lines, uneven skin tone, sensitivity, and dullness. Your treatment is adjusted each visit to support your skin as its needs change.
What is a Hydrofacial?
A Hydrofacial is a deep-cleansing treatment that uses water-based technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities, and infuse the skin with hydrating serums. The result is smoother, brighter, and healthier-looking skin with little to no downtime.
Who is a Hydrofacial good for?
Hydrofacials are suitable for most skin types and can help improve congestion, dehydration, dullness, uneven texture, enlarged pores, and the appearance of fine lines.
Is there any downtime after a Hydrofacial?
Most clients return to normal activities immediately. Your skin may appear slightly pink for a short time, but many people leave with an instant healthy glow.
How often should I get a Hydrofacial?
For best results, we generally recommend a Hydrofacial every 4–6 weeks. Regular treatments help maintain healthy, hydrated skin and address ongoing concerns.
